WEIGHT LOSS TIP :Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are fairly lower in calories than normal potatoes.An average 5 inch sweet potatoes has about 112 calories which is ideal for those trying to loose weight.Sweet potatoes has a decent amount of fiber ,with an average providing almost 4g. Alot of the Fiber is found on the skin of the sweet potato ,so its best to eat the skin also.
Fiber has been shown to help with weight loss mainly due to the reason that it absorbs water and helps you feel fuller for longer.
Sweet potatoes are full of vitamins A and C, minerals and antioxidants, which bring many health benefits with them. Even if you are not trying to lose weight, you should definitely add them to your diet.

For those healthy fanatics,instead of frying these chips,you can bake them .
For those who don't love chips /fries ,you can replace them with this baked potato as a side, when eating Steak ,chicken or fish.A personal tip is that when going to a restaurant , i would order one baked potato with steak or chicken to replace chips and that would save me alot of calories and would make me feel better about not eating a salad *winks *,LoL.
This is one of my favourite meals.This curry tastes so magical .The blend of the sweet potato and the coconut milk just gives it 5 stars.
