We all know that chillies give a certain kick to our food; and for some of us without adding a little bit of it in our foods, we find the food blunt and tasteless. Chillies are very important in weight loss.

They help our bodies to kick start  the fat burning process .There is a chemical found in chillies it is known as capsaicin,it helps to stimulate a natural process whereby some of the food we eat at each meal is converted immediately into heat thus helps in burning calories.
